CREATIVE NEXUS
Competition T & C's
1. Promoter
The "Affiliate Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is organized by Creative Nexus, who will be referred to as the "Promoter."
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to new and existing affiliates of Creative Nexus, and are legal residents of Australia.
3. Competition Period
The Competition commences on 6/8/23 at 12:00am and concludes on 31/12/23 at 12:00am (referred to as the "Competition Period").
4. Participation
4.1 To take part in the Competition, affiliates must promote Creative Nexus products and services to potential customers and encourage them to make purchases using their affiliate referral link.
4.2 Affiliates must achieve a minimum of 5 unique customers who successfully complete purchases using their affiliate referral link during the Competition Period to qualify for the challenge.
5. Prize
The affiliate who reaches the minimum requirement of 5 unique customers with valid purchases during the Competition Period will receive one (1) Galaxy Watch 5 LTE 44mm (Graphite), referred to as the "Prize."
6. Winner Announcement
The winner of the Galaxy Watch 5 LTE Affiliate Challenge will be announced within 1 day after the conclusion of the Competition Period. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during affiliate registration.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The Prize will be dispatched to the winner's nominated address within 2 weeks following the winner announcement.
7.2 The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any delays in Prize delivery arising from unforeseen circumstances or inaccurate address information provided by the winner.
8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and compliance of the winner with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
9. Privacy and Usage Data
By participating in the Competition, affiliates consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition and facilitating prize fulfillment, in accordance with relevant privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2 The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes, and holds no redeemable value other than the specified Prize.
10.3 Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Promoter harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or connected to their participation in the Competition.
11. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
By participating in the "Affiliate Challenge," participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
